Unable to proceed through True Tilt assessment

The two forced-choice boxes don't appear in the assessment.

This is most often due to a browser compatibility or settings issue, our recommendations to try are:

  • Reload/refresh the page.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Use another browser, i.e., if you're using Safari, try Chrome, or Edge if you are a MS Windows user.
  • Try doing the assessment on a smartphone instead of a desktop/laptop computer - the TTP is easy to do on a mobile device, typically only 5-10 minutes.
